Icons Oracles & Ruins, Southampton NY September 12

I will be returning to the town of my alma mater this September with a curated group show of photography from Los Angeles. Benson Keyes Arts will host Icons Oracles & Ruins. Jim McHugh, Claudia Kunin and Connie Conway will show their latest work. With a little luck the show will travel to Verona, Italy and perhaps on to the Castello Museo in Calitri, bringing my new vocation full circle to my new venue in Alta Irpinia Italy.

Palos Verdes Book Talk

The room was packed at the Historic Malaga Cove Library for my improvisationally styled first Book Talk. Was a breeze! Stories & photo slide show of my ten years of life and love in the town of Calitri were warmly welcomed and enjoyed by all. However the highlight of my day's experience was learning that the venerable memoirist Frank McCourt of 'Angela's Ashes' fame gave a book talk at Malaga Cove some years earlier...Wow, nice company. (Maybe this was a gift from another (venerable) Franco, who is sorely missed...)
